Norwich Airport Home

This was drawn with two hands whilst being driven home in the dark from Norwich airport. The marks are indexical of the movement of the car in motion, whilst the absence of iconical representation is the result of a meta-intention to elude the egocentric agency of the artist within the creative process. In this context the artist no longer controls the composition. Instead he (in this instance) becomes a particiapant engaged in a dynamical interaction with other forces and agencies whose assertions and impositions are embraced for the opportunity they afford.
